All quotes are subject to supplier approval

A contract is only final once the supplier confirms acceptance
We are not liable if a supplier withdraws or amends an offer

5. Fees and commissions

Metric Energy Limited does not charge customers directly for our services. We are paid by the energy supplier through a commission included within the unit rate or standing charge.

This commission:

Does not increase your total bill
Is standard practice across the energy brokerage industry
Varies by supplier and contract length

You can request a breakdown of our commission at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

Metric Energy Limited is not liable for:

Supplier decisions, delays, or rejections
Changes in market prices
Losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by you
Business losses, loss of profit, or indirect damages
Issues arising from third-party websites or suppliers

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded by law.
